BEACH CALA FIGUERA

Cala Figuera is part of a series of coves between Lloret de Mar and Tossa. It is possible to access by vehicle, since they are next to an urbanized area called Santa Maria de Llorell.

PATGES TOSSA DE MAR COSTA BRAVA

Distance from Tossa: 3 km.

Services: None

Also known as Cala des Rajols, it is already the only nudist beach in Tossa de Mar. It is one of the most beautiful and privileged, due to its geographical location and the curious shapes of its rocks.

It is of golden and thick sand, surrounded by great vegetation, certainly with a paradisiacal air, since it is not possible to see the urbanization that is behind.

Cala Figuera is located in a magnificent natural environment protected by large rocks.

We must be aware that if we do not take care of our environment, there will come a time when many things we do will not be able to carry them out. Therefore, I urge you to respect all the places I show you, as if it were your house, as it is!

This beach is difficult to access by land because it is located just below a cliff. It is located in the same bay as the beaches of Llorell. It can only be accessed by sea or walking on the rocks from the beaches of Llorell.
The bay of Llorell is known for the great atmosphere that is breathed in summer. Cala Llevadó, is the busiest part. However as we head south, and specifically to Porto Pi, the influx is smaller.
We will observe that the beach of Porto Pi is differentiated by a rocky outcrop. Bathers love to climb to contemplate the views of the entire bay. That is why this is also an ideal area for snorkeling. The waters are very clean.

BEACH CALA MORISCA

Cala Morisca is one of those idyllic coves that the coast between Lloret and Tossa gives us.
And this is because Cala Morisca meets the various conditions that virgin beaches on the Costa Brava normally have: it has no buildings in sight, no services, its access is not direct for vehicles and it has little influx, even in the middle of summer. That’s why it’s worth enjoying this secluded cove.

Length 40

Ample 10

Sand type Medium

Bathing conditions Good

How to get there By car on the GI-682 road (Blanes-Lloret).

Located to the south after the bay of Llorell, and after passing the Cap de Bou. Cala Morisca in turn forms another small bay surrounded by cliffs, which makes it really invisible from the rest of the nearby beaches.
Cala Morisca, for its shape and rocky configuration is very suitable for fishing and snorkeling. In addition it is oriented to the south-east and the north wind of the Tramuntana does not impact directly against her.
To get to Cala Morisca you have to do part of the journey on foot, so you should not go overloaded. In Cala Morisca there is no restaurant or other establishment and I advise those who want to go to Cala to go well-shod and with a little drink or fruit, and those who go snorkeling must bring the equipment with himself.

Cala Morisca is a unspoilt beach on the Costa Brava. Access is via a trail and is a bit tricky, but the effort is well worth it as we find a barely visited beach with crystal clear waters and golden stones.

We must be aware that if we do not take care of our environment, there will come a time when many things we do will not be able to carry them out. Therefore, I urge you to respect all the places I show you, as if it were your house, as it is!

It is the farthest beach from the urban center of Lloret de Mar. To access it, you must reach the urbanization that allows access to the beach and thanks to which it has many additional services. Deep, thick sand, the beach has at one end the only marina in Lloret de Mar. You can park very close to the beach and you can also access it by sea with a tourist cruise.

Surrounded by pine trees and cliffs, it is a busy beach, with many sports facilities, accommodation, campsites and apartments in the vicinity.

The beach, of about 800m of coast, is divided in 2 zones: the one that gives access to the port, to the right, that can be visited walking between the moorings and boats or even eating a paella in the bar; and the most remote, which extends to a rocky area with secluded corners where only about 20 people can fit. In this more remote beach we find an ideal bar to have a cocktail or a smoothie on the shores of the Costa Brava.

The sand of the cove is thick and golden. This cove combines the advantages of an urban environment with extensive services and a fantastic environment with cliffs and pines.

If you are fond of snorkeling or spearfishing, you will find a rich seabed full of caves and pits (very typical of this area of the Costa Brava) in the northern part of the beach, always swimming in this direction.

BEACH CALA D’EN TRONS

The small Cala d’En Trons is located on the abrupt strip of coastline located between the large sandy areas of the beaches of Lloret and Canyelles.

Length: 45

Width: 18

Type of sand: Medium, Rocks

Environment: Semi-urban

Despite being a relatively small cove, the number of people who frequent it in summer is surprising. It is one of those visually stunning coves, with big rocks and a wild look. In a rugged environment, nestled between cliffs and vegetation, access is not difficult. It can be reached by the coastal path that follows the Costa Brava starting from Lloret towards Tossa.

It is a rocky cove, with coarse sand, with a rich seabed ideal for snorkelling, spearfishing or shallow diving.

It is bounded by Punta des Cabdells, to the east, and by Punta Roja, to the west. After passing Punta des Cabdells, there are small coves such as Cala En Simó or Cala Gran, and islets such as Sa Tortuga, Sa Roja or Els Mulans. The whole area is somewhat uncomfortable to sunbathe, as it is very rocky, although it is ideal for angling and diving, thanks to the richness of its seabed.

We must be aware that if we do not take care of our environment, there will come a time when many things we do will not be able to carry them out. Therefore, I urge you to respect all the places I show you, as if it were your house, as it is!

BEACH CALA FRARES

Cala dels Frares is located at the foot of the cliff on which the castle d’En Plaja is located. It is a very rocky beach and ideal for diving.

Length: 140

Wide: 10

Arena: Roques

Certificat de qualitat Blava flag: No

Bany conditions: Good

Due to the great beauty of its landscape, it has also attracted lovers of landscape and artistic photography. However, it is not so idyllic for those who love to stretch the towel, because you will not find sand to do it. Anyway, I recommend getting here and not losing such a beautiful corner.

To get to this cove, keep in mind that the Camino de Ronda through which it is accessed, and which begins at Lloret Beach, may be closed for some reason. But don’t worry, you can also get there directly by car from Lloret Beach.

We must be aware that if we do not take care of our environment, there will come a time when many things we do will not be able to carry them out. Therefore, I urge you to respect all the places I show you, as if it were your house, as it is!
